PRICES
All prices stated are GST inclusive

PAYMENT
A $100 deposit will secure your booking, with the remainder to be paid in full prior to your event. If paying in cash, the remaining amount must be paid on the day of the event before the photo booth is assembled. If booked within seven (7) days of the event, non-refundable full payment must be received within 48 hours of booking.

If the hirer requests additional hours of service on the day of the event, an additional amount of $150 per hour will be charged.

Once the booking is confirmed and a $100 deposit is paid, the Hirer is also agreeing to this Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATIONS
All cancelations must be made via telephone by directly speaking with us.

On cancellations we will return the remainder of the full package price but will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

DELIVERY, SET UP & REMOVAL
CheeyBooth will arrive to set up anywhere between 45 – 60 minutes before the agreed
start time. In the event that CheekyBooth is not ready to commence at the agreed time due to our fault, we will still give you the agreed hire period by extending the finishing time of the hire.

In the event that we have set up in time but the hire does not start at the agreed time due to over running of previous activities by the hirer or venue; the hire will still end as per the agreed time stated in the email confirmation.

The delivery, set up & removal is free of charge. Additional travel fees (outside Sydney Metro area) may apply.

A temporary closure period may or may not be necessary for maintenance or replenishing of ink and paper.

Confirmation from venue for CheekyBooth to be granted access to the venue is hirer’s
responsibility. This also includes ensuring that there is access to enter the venue and enough space with a power socket in close proximity. It is Hirer responsibility to inform us of any circumstances that may make setting up take longer, these may include going upstairs, a long distance from unloading area to set-up area etc. If we are not aware of these and the set-up takes longer than usual your hire period may be used as part of the set-up period.

It is the Hirer responsibility to ensure that all address details of the venue are correct. CheekyBooth will not be held responsible for any delays resulting from incorrect or missing address.

PRIVACY
We may use photos taken at your event on our website or social media pages, for the purposes of
promoting our Photo Booth. You may request at any time, that your photos are not to be used for this purpose.

DAMAGES
Any damage to the equipment, electronics, booth or props by guests will be paid for by the hiring client. To prevent damages, the booth attendant has the right to refuse service to any person or to stop the usage of the Booth at any time during the event if they feel that the Booth is being misused.

10% PROMOTION
The offer is exclusively available to the original hirer of the offer and is not transferable.

The 10% off discount is applied against the marked price of the selected photo booth package by the hirer. This offer is only valid where a minimum deposit of $100 is paid before 31st of December unless prior agreement is made between hirer and Open Air Photo Booth. This promotion entitles the hirer to request CheekyBooth's services on a selected date between 2 January 2017 and 30 June 2017 for the agreed promotional price. The promotion is only available to events within the Sydney Metro Area. There are strictly no extensions of the end date and it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure they redeem the offer within the stated time.
